Manuales Para Sobrevivir (Manuals for survival) is an El Salvador-based project that helps tell the stories of survivors of childhood sexual abuse. It was an honour to be selected to help tell Miranda’s story and to work with the team at SIMPL Society to bring delicate visuals to a story that has so much violence and heartbreak.

One of my favorite parts of this project was building this cootie catcher (picapollo) prop and bringing a stop-motion collage feel to this piece.
