Time Travelling Pizza

I worked with the multi-talented team at Point Blank Creative to create a series of short animated episodes to de-stigmatize anxiety in a way that was approachable for teenagers.

For this project, I worked closely with writers and art directors at PBC to create storyboards and develop all designs and backgrounds. I was also responsible for rigging the characters with RubberHose, character and effects animation, as well as compositing all the elements together in the end.

My favorite part of this project was designing every element to make sure it fit into the world of Chris Crust. I was very inspired by 90’s cartoons like Rocko’s Modern Life. I wanted to refresh the traditional grunge janky aesthetic to create a world where a slice of pizza can be an anxious teen boy!
